Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County, a special district created 30 years ago by Palm Beach County voters, provides leadership, funding, services and research on behalf of the county’s children so they are born healthy, safe from abuse and neglect,  ready to learn when they enter school, and have access to quality afterschool and summer programming.



Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications



Performs extensive administrative functions, including but not limited to; preparing meeting minutes, routine and advanced correspondence, advanced technical support in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, spreadsheets and charts, reports and training materials ensuring quality and timeliness.


Works independently to manage projects of an advanced administrative nature, including scheduling, tracking and completing assignments in the established timelines.

Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change is a natural part of the work culture.  Organization, ability to prioritize, and self-management are essential to this position.


Maintains and utilizes databases, programs, and/or web-based applications to support the work in assigned area.



High school diploma or equivalent and five (5) years administrative or office clerical experience.

Advanced MS Office experience with strong grammar, writing and editing skills required.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS Duties are primarily performed in a general office environment and the community. Position and duties require: Employee must travel to off-site facilities in visiting agencies throughout the community and participate in off-site meetings. Ability to communicate effectively in writing, using the English language, with or without the use of auxiliary aids or services. Cognitive skills in order to perform essential functions.
